Phone Message Call Cannot Be Completed Try Again Later Meaning

Hi together

I accept problems with the vocalism agent/receptionist on my 3CX.
when i want to record a greeting message and call a phone for recording the vocalism, i
receive always the message:

This Phone call cannot be completed, delight try again....

The Call is correct established and rings.
Too when i want to call the digital receptionist and when i want to test a recorded greeting message, similar
the original from 3CX.
This happens with Phone inside the lan and as well outside by Tunnel.

My 3cx is a Demo with license key for 2 simultaneous calls.

Please check that the web server is agile (has been started). Normally information technology related to state of affairs where web server is non accessible (non running)

Tin you restart the web server but to see whether this fixes the problem?

The fact that all services are started does not mean that all services are working.

Also do not make calls from tunnel to describe this problem - proceed things simple and the trace clean. If information technology happens with a normal extension from the local lan send the logs showing that information.

Check the event viewer for whatsoever errors occurring on this host.

Tests to brand
Tin you access http://IP:5000/ivr? if you run across a blank folio do view source from the browser. Or use IE.
If you telephone call from the local phone an IVR, does this piece of work? if not what message to you hear? Complete message. From the message I tin can identify what the problem could be.
Tin you call your voicemail extension default 999? Exercise y'all go the same error message as above or practice you go the voicemail prompts?

Did you install 3CX Installation executable or you used service pack updates to get to Version 10 sp3?

The Problem was the IP-Port. I have modify the webserver port and forget the ivr port :oops:

In the futurity start the thread stating exactly all the modifications you made. For example something similar the beneath would take been very useful and more appropriate because you put us completely off rails

Instance:
When I install 3CX by default everything works.
But the moment I modified the webserver port, I realize that i have a problem with the IVR. What am I missing?

It was a long time ago i install the 3cx and i don't know more if i exam the voicemail or non, sorry ;)

I was receiving the same error. Afterwards the 3cx install i went into IIS to bind the site to a specific IP address.
3cx does non like this modify and VM stopped working. I afterwards went back and changed to "all unassigned" and VM is working again.

Win2012r2 IIS setup.

I'm beginning to think that if at that place has not been a response to a post for over a year (2 years?), or information technology was resolved...it should be locked automatically.

he may of posted to an erstwhile thread only was having very like problems.. his post helped me resolve my event too .. and had he non of posted it I would still be searching for the answer.
